Refund policy


At VIZZUS, every detail matters. If there is a real issue with your order, we will resolve it with care, fairness and transparency.

1. Return Window

We offer a 90-day return policy, giving you 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@vizzus.com. To speed up the process, please include your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos and videos of the item.

  • Returns submitted without prior approval or without proper visual proof may not be accepted.

3. Conditions for Return

  • Returns due to personal preference (such as size, fit, or style) are eligible only for Store Credit or Exchange.
  • Only items with confirmed manufacturing defects or incorrect deliveries are eligible for a Monetary Refund.
  • Products must be returned unused, in original condition, with all packaging and accessories intact.
  • Returns sent without approval or outside the return window may not be processed.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or untracked returns.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards.
  • Products received free of charge as part of promotional offers.
  • Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery.
  • Complimentary items included in promotional bundles are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit.

7. Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different color or style, please contact support@vizzus.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same return conditions listed above.

8. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times are typically 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

9. Refund Method

Approved refunds are always issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer available, store credit may be issued instead, except for Klarna purchases.

10. Klarna Purchases – Return & Refund Policy

The following terms apply exclusively to purchases made using Klarna. For all other payment methods, the standard return and refund policy outlined above applies.

  • Customers who paid with Klarna have the right to return their order within 14 days of delivery for a full monetary refund, provided that the items are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed condition, for hygiene reasons.

11. Return Shipping (Klarna Orders)

Return shipping is free of charge when the return qualifies for a full monetary refund under Klarna’s return terms.

All Klarna returns must be sent to the following address after contacting our support team:

Important Conditions for Klarna Returns

  • No restocking or processing fees apply to Klarna purchases.
  • Store credit or exchanges are not applicable for Klarna-paid orders.
  • Klarna returns are eligible only for a full monetary refund to the original payment method.
  • Klarna is not available for the purchase of gift cards.

Refund Processing Time (Klarna)

Once the return is received and approved, refunds for Klarna purchases are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
